Bill Zimmerman and his whole staff did such a wonderful job for my father in law in late November and then for my mother in December 2023, while I dealt with bill with my mom there was never any pressure, being that I had never had to deal with this before I didn’t know what to expect and had heard stories from others that used different service providers I was a little apprehensive, but truly Bill and the staff never pushed for anything, they even did last minute changes that didn’t upset them, they where very calm, which also made me calm, thanks again every one for making this difficult time better for us , people always hear the negative about things I wanted to take the time to share ours.
