VICKI DIANE KING

 March 21, 1949 -September 7, 2024

 GOSHEN – Vicki Diane King, 75, of Goshen, Indiana, passed away Saturday, September 7, 2024, at Hospice for Center Care/Esthers House in Elkhart.  She was born March 21, 1949, in Jeffersonville, Indiana to Charles & Mary (Doss) Sorg. 

    Surviving are 3 grandchildren, Brock (Jamason) King of Middlebury, IN, Brett (Samantha) King, Addison King, both of Goshen, IN and 3 great-grandchildren, Sauer King, Klyde King, Liam King.  Two brothers, Michael (Carla) Sorg, Daniel (Rose) Sorg and a sister, Betty (Wendy) Baker.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her companion of 47 years, Gregory King Sr., her daughter, Stephanie King, 2 sons, Gregory King Jr. and Jeff King, and one sister Phyllis Viers. 

  Vicki retired from Supreme Corporation, Goshen, IN and cleaned office buildings after retirement.  Vicki was a wonderful mother and grandmother; always putting her family first.  She was very caring and always willing to step up and help anyone in need.  She was a great cook and enjoyed gardening, cooking and spending time with family.  

  Cremation will take place and a celebration of life service for Vicki will be held at the New Testament Bible Church on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 6:00pm with a visitation 1 hour prior to the service.  Presiding will be Pastor Shirley Fox. 

Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home is entrusted with her care.  Memorial contributions may be given to the New Testament Bible Church.
