Thomas D. Regney

April 12, 1935-July 20, 2020

ELKHART-Thomas D. Regney, 85, passed away July 20, 2020 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center.  He was born April 12, 1935 near Baden, PA where he was raised by his parents, Frederick & Loretta (Schuckerow) Regney. 

   On July 13, 1957 he married Evelyn Kotula; she preceded him in death.  He was also preceded in death by his parents,  daughter, Debbie Graham and  brother, Mickey Regney.

  Surviving are 2 children, Melody Wright, Tom (Marda) Regney, 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. 

  Thomas graduated from Denison University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology.  He went on to have a rewarding career in sales management with NIBCO and Elkhart Products for over 38 years.  Thomas enjoyed doing yardwork, watching football and boating.  He was also a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church and the Elks.  He will be remembered as a proud, hardworking man and most of all a phenomenal father. 

  A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
