STEVEN THOMAS “TOM” KEYSER
June 25, 1949 – December 22, 2023
ELKHART- Steven Thomas “Tom” Keyser, 74, of Elkhart, passed away Friday December 22, 2023, at the Center for Hospice Care Raclin House in Mishawaka.
He was born June 25, 1949, in Elkhart, Indiana to Perry Jacob & Deloris (Hosler) Keyser.
On November 26, 1977, in Niles, Michigan he married Lynda J. Roberts. Lynda survives along with 2 children, Jayme R. (Joe) Bellman of Bloomfield, IN, Brett T. (Jamie) Keyser of Elkhart, IN; 4 grandchildren, Jacob Bellman, Ashlynn Bellman, Rylee Drummond, Maddix Keyser and 2 sisters, Olivia Jo (Jimmy) Lambright of Surprise, AZ and Peggy (Mike) Dunmire of Elkhart, IN. He was preceded in death by his father, Perry Jacob Keyser and his mother, Delores Hudson.
Tom was a US Air Force veteran who was honorably discharged. Tom taught Elementary School and Junior High School in Niles, MI and retired in 2003. Tom enjoyed golfing, fishing, traveling and watching his grandchildren’s sporting events.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation will take place and a celebration of life gathering will be held at a later date. Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home is entrusted with his care.
