Steven Wayne Worden

STEVEN WAYNE WORDEN June 17, 1958 - February 16, 2020 UNION, MI- Steven Wayne Worden, 61, of Union, passed away suddenly at his home on Sunday February 16, 2020. He was born June 17, 1958 in Kalamazoo, Michigan to Charles A. & Norma Jean (Thompson) Worden, Jr. He married Pamela Jo Bennett and she survives. Also surviving are 2 stepdaughters, Jennifer L. Augustine of Goshen, IN and Malinda S. Wilson of Elkhart, IN; 8 step-grandchildren and 4 siblings, Marilyn A. Bailey of Elkhart, Diane J. Brothers of White Pigeon, MI, Charles A. Worden of Portage, MI and Cheryl E. Good of Kalamazoo, MI. Additional survivors include numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, David L. Worden. Steven was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, playing cards and barbecuing. He also enjoyed watching the Detroit Red Wings, Lions and Tigers. A celebration of life service for Steven will be held at 6:00 p.m. Monday February 24, 2020 at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home. The family will receive friends for 2 hours prior to the service.
