SHANICE NICOLE WILLIAMS

May 8, 2000 – October 22, 2021

 

 

ELKHART- Shanice Nicole Williams, 21, of Elkhart, died on Friday October 22, 2021, in Elkhart from injuries she suffered in an automobile accident.  She was born May 8, 2000, in Elkhart to Christopher Steven Williams and Monique Thompson.

     Left to cherish her memory is her mother, Monique Thompson, her father Christopher Steven Williams both of Elkhart; 2 siblings, Ellis Rudan and Christopher Steven Williams, Jr., both of Elkhart.  Also surviving is her Paternal Grandmother, Charlesette (John) Wagner of Etna Green, IN and her Maternal Grandfather, John Adams of Columbus, MS.  She was preceded in death by her Maternal Grandmother, Dorothy Thompson and her Maternal grandfather, William Henry Thompson.

     Shanice was a sophomore at Purdue University in Ft. Wayne.  She graduated in 2018 from Memorial High School and enjoyed spending time with her family.

Shanice worked for The Lighthouse Autism Center in Elkhart.

     Funeral services for Shanice will be held at Noon Saturday October 30, 2021, at the Agape Missionary Baptist Church, 248 W. Wolf Ave., Elkhart, IN.  Rev. Dr. Dannell Brown will preside and burial will follow in Frame Cemetery in Elkhart.  Friends may visit with the family for 1 hour prior to the service at the church. Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home is entrusted with her care
