ELKHART-Scott A. Johnson, 50, passed away October 15, 2021 at Elkhart General Hospital.  He was born July 7, 1971 in Elkhart to Larry & Sonia (Sites) Johnson.

  Surviving is his mother, a son, Nathanial (Hayley Myles) Johnson, 2 grandchildren, Stephanie and Waylon.  Also surviving is his sister, Michele (Bill Bell) Brown, 3 nieces, Amanda, Amber and Aimee.

   He was preceded in death by his father. 

  Scott worked at Welch packaging for over 6 years as a truck driver.  He was a Jeep and Harley Davidson enthusiast, belonged to Michiana Jeep Club, enjoyed doing rides for charity and spending time at Silver Lake Dunes on his Jeep.  Scott liked being outdoors, working on his cars, spending time with his dogs and was always willing to help people. 

  A celebration of life gathering will be held Thursday, October 21, 2021 from 5-7 pm at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home.

  Memorial contributions may be given to the charity of donor’s choice.

  The family has requested that masks are worn for entry to the funeral home as well as your entire stay.
