Sally Ann Rowe, 65, of Elkhart died Friday, November 21, 2025, at the Elkhart Hospice House following an illness. Sally was born January 1, 1960, in Alma, MI to Thomas D. and Marilyn Sue (Wagner) Neal. In 1991 she married Albert Rowe in Elkhart. Albert predeceased her December 3, 2024. Sally is survived by her sister, Susan (Mitch) Anderson of Elkhart, nephew Benjamin of South Bend and niece Catelyn of Atlanta. Also surviving are step-daughter Tammy (Jeff) Matz, grandchildren Leah (Gatlin) Rassi and Reid (Macy O’Malley) Matz, all of FL and Carlie (Jeff) Smith of Inverness, IL and seven great grandchildren.
Sally was preceded in death by her parents.
Sally graduated from Elkhart Memorial High School in 1978 and worked in sales in the RV supply industry.
Per her wishes there will be no service.
