Ryder Lee Stuart Wise

ELKHART-Ryder Lee Stuart Wise, 11, passed away peacefully May 13, 2022, at his home in Elkhart.  He was born May 28, 2010, in South Bend.

  Surviving is his father, Adam (Samantha) Wise, mother, Rachel Wise, 4 siblings, Autumn Wise, Lucy Wise, Taylor Wollen, and David Wollen.  Also surviving are his maternal grandparents, Angela Hunt, Stuart Swink, and a great-aunt, Lisa Puterbaugh.

  He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Terry & Gail Wise.

  Ryder was a Batman fanatic, enjoyed playing with his cars especially Lightning McQueen, swimming with his grandparents, going to the park, making videos for YouTube, his cats, and his favorite was making memories with his family.  He will be remembered as a sweet kid with a heart of gold. 

  Visitation will be held from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2022, with the funeral service beginning at 1:30 p.m. at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Prairie Street Cemetery.

  Memorial contributions may be given to Riley Children’s Hospital.
