Ronald Edwin Southern Jr.

January 16, 1959 – March 18, 2025

Ronald (Ron) Edwin Southern Jr, 66, of Goshen, IN passed away March 18,2025 at Goshen Hospital.  He was born on January 16,1959 in Elwood, IN to the late Ronald and Arlene Southern.

All those who knew Ron knew his love for cars, he enjoyed going to car shows to display his 56’ Chevy, he also enjoyed watching Colts and Notre Dame football and spending time with friends and family.  He was very loved and will be missed by all who knew him.

Ron is survived by his Fiancée Tina Woods of Goshen, IN, Daughter Monika Southern of Goshen, IN, grandchildren Mekinzee, Monaye and RJ, great grandchildren Ezra, Esten, Shalea and Emmett, 6 Siblings Ronda Losee, Lou Anne Eaton both of Elkhart, Terha (Dennie) Pernell of Goshen, IN, James (Sarah) Southern of Ft. Wayne, IN, Lisa Wordleman of Cassopolis, MI, Bradley (Tammy) Southern of Plymouth, IN., along with numerous nieces and nephews.

His love was a beacon of light in our lives, illuminating our path and reminding us to always choose love over hate, kindness over cruelty, and forgiveness over grudges.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.  Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home has been entrusted with his care.
