RITA ANN BARON-SEKORA

April 27, 1963 – September 8, 2025

ELKHART- Rita Ann Baron-Sekora, 62, of Elkhart, Indiana, passed away Monday September 8, 2025, at her residence.  She was born April 27, 1963, in Dover, Delaware to Norman & Mary (Adamo) Baron.

     On November 3, 2000, in Las Vegas, NV she married Donald David Sekora.  He survives along with 1 daughter, Tana (Austin) Groves of Middlebury, IN; 3 grandchildren, Alyse, Tenley, Turner; numerous cousins and close friends and her sassy cat “Jaggy”.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

     Rita graduated from Elkhart Central High School in 1981.  She enjoyed working in her flower garden and spending time with her family and friends.  Rita worked for many years in the Banking Industry as a teller.

     Visitation for family and friends will be held from 4:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. on Friday September 19, 2025, at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home.

There will be no services after the visitation.  Cremation will take place at Elkhart Cremation Services.
