RICHARD DONALD GRANT, JR.
April 3, 1946 – July 27, 2022
ELKHART- Richard Donald Grant, Jr., 76, of Elkhart, died Wednesday July 27, 2022, at Elkhart General Hospital. He was born April 3, 1946, in Elkhart, Indiana to Richard Donald & Mary Pauline (Eaton) Grant, Sr.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Daryl E. Grant.
Surviving are 5 children, Lisa Grant Truex, Tina Grant, Gary Grant, Brian Grant, Michael Grant; 20 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister, Sue Grant Witmer and numerous nieces and nephews.
Richard was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. He was formerly employed as an over the road truck driver.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home is entrusted with his care.
Dad, you are gone, but you will never be forgotten. We all love you dearly!
