January 26, 1941 – June 7, 2025
 


Priscilla A. Werbianskyj, 84, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday,


June 7, 2025, at her home.


After a long fulfilling career at Elkhart Bridge and Iron, Priscilla worked and retired from Stanz Food Service.


 She enjoyed shopping, bowling and reading in her favorite chair.


She loved to spend time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.


  Priscilla is preceded in death by her parents Ingvard and Viola Hackenson, her husband John J. Werbianskyj, her stepson Mark Werbianskyj, her brother Roger Hackenson and her first husband Willard Higgins.  She is survived by her sister Diane White, cousin Ruth Carlson, her children Cheryl (Higgins) Reed, Douglas Higgins, Lori (Higgins) Weldy, his children Jon (Cindy) Werbianskyj, Sabrina Mullen, Greg (Karen) Werbianskyj and Tamara (Calvin) Moore.  Along with many nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.


A Celebration of Life will be on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the Omega Event Center, 2130 Middlebury Street, Elkhart, Indiana 46516.


She will be placed to rest with her husband at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Michigan.
