ELKHART-Michelle M. Harris, 48, passed away May 8, 2022, at Elkhart General Hospital surrounded by her family and friends.  She was born February 22, 1974, in Elkhart to the late Allan & Sally (Shellenberger) Griffin. 

  Surviving are 3 siblings, Pam Cudney, Pat Taylor, Michael (Diann) Bailey and numerous other family members.

  Michelle was a member of the First Baptist Church in Osceola and the Jeep Club in Oklahoma.  She enjoyed camping, playing cards, and watching fireworks.  Most dear to heart was her family whom she cherished and enjoyed making memories with.  When her health declined, she remained positive and was determined to not let anything get her down.   She will be remembered as a joyful person who never met a stranger and was truly loved by all her family and lifelong friends.  

  Cremation will take place and a celebration of life service will be held at a later date. 

  Memorial contributions may be given to the family to help offset expenses.

  Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
