MARY ELIZABETH BABCOCK


January 23, 1942 – December 7, 2022


ELKHART- Mary Elizabeth Babcock, 80, of Elkhart, passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at Elkhart General Hospital. She was born on January 23, 1942 to Charles O. and Elizabeth L. (Roth) Babcock.


She was employed at Miles Laboratories for several years prior to her retirement.


Mary was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Elkhart.


One of her favorite hobbies was doing crewal art embroidery.


Survivors include her sister, Barbara E. (Ron) High of Elkhart; 12 nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.


The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the 11:00 am funeral service on Monday, December 12, 2022 at Grace Lutheran Church, 831 W. Marion Street, Elkhart. Sister Nora Frost will officiate. Interment will follow at Rice Cemetery at 1:00 pm.
