LOIS M. WEAVER

September 7, 1930 - May 15, 2024
GOSHEN- Lois M. Weaver, 93, of Goshen, formerly of Elkhart, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born September 7, 1930, in Elkhart to the late Erman W. and Kathryn I. (Jenkins) Gall.
On September 10, 1948, she married the late Lavene “Shorty” Weaver.
Survivors include 2 sons, Jim E. (Sharon) Weaver of Southport, NC and Dennis L. (Colleen) Weaver of Elkhart; 1 daughter, Cynthia (Hal) Ulrich of Goshen; sister, Betty Packer of Bremen; brother, Eldon Gall of Michigan City, IN; 6 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Phyllis Bar, brother, Wayne Gall and a grandson, Dwayne Weaver.
Lois was employed at Patrick Metals for 30 years prior to her retirement. She was a member of the Dunlap United Methodist Church. She was a volunteer at Elkhart General Hospital Auxiliary and the Ladies of Moose Lodge 599.
Cremation will take place and her cremated remains will be buried at Sugar Grove Cemetery in Goshen at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Center for Hospice in memory of Lois.
