NILES, MI- Leanna R. Tinsley (Matheson), 54, of Niles, passed away Tuesday October 7, 2025, in Elkhart, Indiana.  She was born December 24, 1970, in Elkhart, Indiana to Jackie (Harold) Tinsley and Robert (Linda) Hawkins.

     She is survived by her parents, 2 daughters, Loren (Eric) LaGrand and Jacquelene Bloss, 1 granddaughter, Kaeli and 5 grandsons, Jourden, Amir, Godric, Bryson and Jaxon.  Also surviving are 2 brothers, James “Jimmy” (Lisa) Tinsley, Robert “Scooter” Hawkins and 3 sisters, Laurie (Chuck) Hansen, Tammy Hawkins and Lisa Klosowski.  She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Tinsley, 3 brothers, Randal “Randy” Tinsley, Robert Tinsley, David Tinsley and a sister, Kimberly (Jeff) Ball.

     Cremation will take place, and a graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 17, 2025, at Prairie Street Cemetery.
