May 19, 1953 – December 13, 2025
Kathy Jo (Swinehart) Hatfield, 72, of Elkhart, IN. passed away Saturday, December 13, 2025 at Elkhart General Hospital.
Kathy was born May 19, 1953 to Eldon and Jean (Schroeder) Swinehart Jr. in Elkhart, Indiana. She married William Hatfield who has preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter, Andrea Hatfield, her brother, Ronald Swinehart, and 3 grandchildren Carman, Dillan, and Kane. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband William.
Kathy worked many years at CTS, and at H & R Block. She enjoyed bowling and crocheting and she loved being with her grandchildren.
Per her wishes she has been cremated, and Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Rice Cemetery. Bill Zimmerman will be officiating the service.
Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home 700 East Jackson Blvd, Elkhart, IN has been entrusted with her care.
