JUNE ANN JORDAN

December 27, 1930 – January 28, 2024

ELKHART, IN – June Ann Jordan, 93, of Arizona and formerly of Elkhart, Indiana, passed away Sunday January 28, 2024, at the Hospice of the Valley in Surprise, AZ.  She was born December 27, 1930, in South Bend, Indiana to William M. & Gertrude (Lane) Platner.

     She married Charles U. Jordan on May 16, 1926, and he preceded her in death on December 2, 2009. Surviving are 3 children, Terry (Wester) Wenger and Larry, Vicki (Wester) Vance and Bill, Carol (Jordan) Gonzales and Joe; 4 grandchildren, Billy Vance and Robin, Laurie Hail and Tony, Joey Gonzales and Jessica, Briana (Gonzales) Bellini and Alex; 7 great-grandchildren, Vanessa (Vance) Rosenberg and Austin, Brian Vance and Shelby, Brittany Hail, Grace Gonzales, Ricco, Niko, Luca Bellini and 2 great great grandchildren Jaxon Rosenberg and Lincoln Rosenberg. Also surviving is a son-in-law, Joe Morehouse.  She was preceded in death by 1 son, Bill Jordan.

     Visitation for family and friends will be held from Noon till 2:00 p.m. on Thursday February 15, 2024, at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home.  After the visitation a procession will form at the funeral home and entombment will take place at Rice Cemetery where Sarah Miller will render the service.
