JOSEFINA ECHEVERRIA

April 27, 1968 – October 9, 2021

ELKHART- Josefina Echeverria, 53, of Elkhart, died Saturday October 9, 2021 ,at her residence in Elkhart.  She was born April 27, 1968, in Maravatio, Gto, Mexico to Jesus and Josefina (Diaz) Echeverria.

     Surviving are 3 children, Erendria Ali Brendle, Jose Antonio Salazar, Chris Salazar all of Elkhart; 4 grandchildren, Amy Camila Salazar, Emily Reyna Brendle, Anuar Tadeo Salazar, Madison Grace Brendle; her mother, Josefina Diaz of Elkhart; 5 siblings, Mariaanna Echeverria, Maria DeJesus Echeverria, Jose DeJesus Echeverria all of Elkhart, Rueben Echeverria of Aurora, IL, Nicholas Echeverria of Goshen and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her father.

     Josefina was a former member of St. Vincent Catholic Church.  She was dearly loved by her family.

     A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Noon on Friday October 15, 2021, at St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church.  Fr. Craig Borchard will preside and burial will follow in Little Pine Cemetery.  Friends may visit with the family in the Vincent Hall at the Church for 2 hours prior to the Mass.
