ELKHART-Jerry Lee Clark, 43, passed away June 29, 2023, at Elkhart General Hospital.  He was born July 18, 1979, in Dalton, GA.

  Surviving is his fiancé, Cindy Clark, mother, Jackie (Michael Petty) Clem, a son, Trenton Clark, 2 stepchildren, Holly (Eric) Linson, Lauren Logue, and a stepmother, Patty Clark.  Also surviving are 9 siblings, Sammy (Michelle) Samples, Jeremy (Mary) Samples, Derick (Jolene) Smith, Brandi (Rick) Martin, Elisabeth (Joe) Baldwin, Dustin Clark, Andrew (Hannah) Clem, Morgan (Austin) Hale, numerous other family members and friends. 

  He was preceded in death by his father, Lee Roy Clark, and a brother, Kiaa Clark.

  Jerry enjoyed fishing, having bonfires, spending time with his friends who were more like family and was a avid dog lover. 

  Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home.  Additional services will be held at Dalton Funeral Home in Georgia, where he will eventually be cremated.  www.dalton-funeral-home.com
