Jean Mason Obituary
OSCEOLA-Jean M. Mason, 66, passed away July 17, 2022, at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. She was born April 16, 1956, in Elkhart, IN.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jacob Keesler and her significant other of 18 years Joseph Byers.
Surviving is her mother, Roselyn Keesler, sister, Nancy (Ron) Martz and several other family members.
Jean previously worked as the manager of a bookstore and part-time in the deli at Kroger. As a child she enjoyed playing Bingo with her grandmother and continued that hobby into adulthood. Jean adored her ferrets, especially, Jake and Rosie and her dog, Mocha.
Per her wishes burial will be held privately at Rice Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to the American Diabetes Association or to the Indiana Donor Network in honor of Jean’s donation.
Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
