ELKHART- James Douglas Lovely, 64, of Elkhart, passed away Saturday November 12, 2022, at his residence in Elkhart. He was born June 27, 1958, in Elkhart, Indiana to Milton & Jean (Cooper) Lovely.
On February 10, 1996, in Bristol, Indiana he married Candy L. Elliott. She survives along with 4 children, Austin (Kim) Lovely, Bryan (Jade) Lovely both of Elkhart, Terry (Heidi) Lovely of Granger, Jamie (Christy) Lovely of Florida; 12 grandchildren and 1 brother, Ron Lovely of Elkhart. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 sister, Sandra Crapo and a brother, David Lovely.
James was an avid gearhead who loved working on old cars, and he enjoyed spending time with his family.
Cremation will take place and a celebration of life gathering will be held, at a later date. Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home is entrusted with his care.
