Donna passed away in her home Monday February 08, 2026, aged 78. Donna was born to Mary (Marie) Ridenour and Harold Maggert in Elkhart Indiana on August 22, 1947.

On September 11, 1965, Donna married Bennie Leazenby of Elkhart Indiana. They were married for just a few short years.

On April 27, 1969, Donna married Gary Dubay of Elkhart, Indiana. Gary and Donna moved to Edwardsburg in 1979 with their 2 children. They were happily married for 34 years.

Donna is survived by daughter Lori(Stephen) VanDiepenbos of Goshen, IN, son Scott Dubay of Edwardsburg, MI, brother in law, Jay(Renee) Dubay of Bremen, IN, grandchildren Courtney(Wes) Pinckley of Goshen, IN, Shaylee VanDiepenbos of Goshen, IN, Rebecca VanDiepenbos (Gage Dilley) of Alkol, WV, and 2 great grandchildren, Remmington and Jaxtyn(Pinckley).

Donna was proceeded in death by her Mother, Marie (2011), her Father, Harold (1959) Younger Brother Bud (1969), Youngest Brother Jim (2019) Husband Gary (2004), Mother-in-Law, Edabelle (2012) Father-in-law, Elmer (1992) and Brother-in-Law, Frank (2015).

Donna was a kind person; she cared deeply for family and friends. She enjoyed collecting angels, spending time with family and the great and grandbabies.

Per Donna’s request, she has been cremated and there will be a Gathering of Family and Friends Celebration for her on Monday February 23, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home, 700 East Jackson Blvd, Elkhart, Indiana.
