Daniel A. Rodriguez

March 7, 2005 - April 15, 2026

Daniel A Rodriguez, 21 passed away April 15,2026 at his home in Elkhart. He was born March 7, 2005, in Elkhart to Stephanie Rodriguez and David Rodriguez.

Daniel leaves behind his Fiancée Courtaney Overmyer, his parents Stephanie and David. Also surviving are his brother David Rodriguez, his sisters Jessie Rodriguez and Aleena Resendiz. Daniel also leaves behind his nieces Onalaya, Raelynn and Souline along with a nephew Amelio. He also leaves behind his maternal grandmother Jessie Cooper, his paternal grandmother, several aunts and uncles, cousins and friends who loved him.

Daniel was preceded in death by his Great Grandfather Robert R Taylor, his Great Grandmother Margaret Lucile Ballowe and his Great Grandmother Estanislada Trevino.

Daniel worked at Taco Bell for several years where he eventually became a shift lead. Daniel loved to gamble and spend time with family and friends. Danny looked up to his fiancee's father Todd Overmyer Sr who Danny loved and who also taught him how to play cornhole, and from there his passion grew for the sport.

Daniel was a sweet soul who loved everyone and enjoyed life. He was looking forward to marrying the love of his life. He made several friends almost everywhere he went.

Funeral services will be held Sunday April 26,2026 at the Omega Event Center, 2130 Middlebury St, Elkhart, IN.  Visitation will be from 1-4 with service starting at 4pm. Daniel will be cremated so there will be no graveside service.  Dinner will immediately follow the service at Daniels home (57558 Gano St) in Elkhart.  Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home has been entrusted with his care.
