CHRISTOPHER C. KING

July 6, 1943 – November 16, 2020

ELKHART- Christopher C. King, 77, of Elkhart, passed away Monday November 16, 2020 at his residence in Elkhart. He was born July 6, 1943 in Tulsa, OK to Frank C. & Courtney Anne (Cornish) King.

On December 24, 1963 he married Marianne Stone. She preceded him in death on April 1, 2014. Surviving are 3 children, Anne (Jon Bumgarner) King of Zionsville, IN, Todd (Nicole) King of Bristol, IN, Kelley (Kerry) King of Niles, MI and 5 grandchildren, Courtney, Tyler, Jay, Benjamin, and Chloe. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Marianne, a son Scott King and his sister Ann Letalien.

Christopher built and flew radio-controlled model airplanes, he enjoyed boating on Lake Michigan, golfing, spending time with his family and in college played jazz on the trumpet. He worked in the RV Industry as a sales manager.

Cremation will take place and a private family service will be held at a later date. Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home is entrusted with his care.

Memorial contributions may be given to Bashor Children’s Home in Goshen.
