CHERYL LEE REPLOGLE

July 16, 1950 – December 22, 2022

BRANDON, FLORIDA- Cheryl Lee Replogle, 72, of Elkhart, passed away Thursday December 22, 2022, in Brandon, Florida.  She was born July 16, 1950, in South Bend, Indiana to Robert Lee and Frances (McMeeken) Lamb.

     On September 17, 1967, in Elkhart, Indiana she married Phillip A. Replogle.  He preceded her in death on October 23, 2021, in Elkhart, Indiana.  Surviving are 2 children, Bradley Replogle of Tampa, FL, Tracy Replogle of Riverview, FL and 3 grandchildren, Hanna Greiner of Indianapolis, IN, Haley Greiner of Los Angeles, CA and Kaeden Replogle of Riverview, FL.

     She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Phillip in 2021 and her brother, Timothy Lamb in 2004.

     Cheryl attended Bristol High School, took accounting classes at the Elkhart Area Career Center, enjoyed genealogy, crafting, gardening, and fishing.  Cheryl was a loving and faithful wife for 54 years, enjoyed growing up on Indiana Lake and loved listening to music, especially music from the 60’s.  She was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

Cheryl was a loving person who was not a giver upper.  She enjoyed going to the casinos, playing bingo, watching birds, playing Tripoly and was a member of the Elkhart Moose Lodge #599.  She loved being called “ Scooty” and bragged that she was a spoiled brat.  Cheryl dearly loved her cat “Oreo” and on Sundays her and Phillip loved watching the CMC on TV and dancing to the song Remember When by Alan Jackson.  She worked at K-Mart for over 15 years and was known as #1046.  Her and Phillip traveled all over the USA and on their 25th wedding anniversary went to Hawaii.  She and Phillip were co-owners of PAR Water Conditioning in Elkhart for many years.  She moved to Florida to be near her children and grandson and enjoyed the time she spent with her family in Florida.

     Funeral services for Cheryl will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday January 5, 2023, at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman.  Friends may visit with the family for 2 hours prior to the start of the service.   Rev. Ted Stanley from Trinity Lutheran Church will preside, and burial will follow at Adamsville Cemetery.
