CARY SLACK

April 19, 1961 – January 11, 2023

ELKHART- Cary Slack, 61, of Elkhart, passed away Wednesday January 11, 2023, in the Emergency Room at Elkhart General Hospital.  He was born April 19, 1961, in Elkhart, Indiana to Cecil Romayne & Edna Ruth (Tubbs) Slack.

     Cary is survived by his father Cecil Romayne Slack of Bristol, IN; his mother Edna Ruth Slack of Bristol and his sister Teresa (Ken) Nissley of Elkhart.  He was preceded in death by his great grandma Ella Slack, his grandma Hazel Slack, grandma Essie Tubbs and his brother Theodore Slack.

     Cary always had a smile on his face, loved to go on walks and enjoyed eating at his favorite restaurants.

     Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday January 17, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service at 11:00 a.m. at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home.  Pastor Carl Henry from Northside Baptist Church will preside.

     In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Northside Baptist Church or Bearing Precious Seed Bibles.
