ELKHART, IN - Blaine E. Kurtz, 61, passed away Sunday August 2, 2020 in Elkhart, IN. He was born in May 29, 1959 in Elkhart to Edward and Darlene (Weimer) Kurtz.

Surviving is his mother Darlene Kurtz, his sisters Leslie Kurtz and Darcie Kurtz, his brother-in-law Mike Grib, his nephew Nathan Grib, and his cousins Kim Morgan, Stacia Baskerville, Kevin Bissenger, Sue Warner, and Sherri Westlake.

He was preceded by death by his father and sister Lindsay Grib.

He graduated from Elkhart Memorial High School in 1977 and then served in the Air Force. He then lived in Bristol, IN for many years where worked at Kawneer Rubber & Plastics and at Bristol Pipe.

Blaine enjoyed being outside, camping, and animals.

A private memorial service will be held for the family.
