BEULAH “FAYE” GIBSON

MARCH 26, 1937 – JULY 29, 2023

ELKHART- Beulah “Faye” Gibson, 86, of Elkhart, passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at her home. She was born March 26, 1937, in Leslie, WV, to the late Wheeler J. and Hester A. (Boley) Pritt.

Survivors include her 5 children, Eve Rinehart of Middlebury, IN,Linda (Ron) Swinehart of Elkhart, IN, Chester (Vicki) Gibson Jr. of Goshen, Robin (Brad) Anderson of West Des Moines, IA, and Stacy (Bill) McKenzie of South Bend, IN,; 3 brothers, Darrell Pritt of Campbells Creek, WV, Melvin Pritt of Shipshewana, IN, Lawrence Ray Pritt of Anderson, WV,; 2 sisters, Erma (Lionel) Gray of Millersburg, PA, and June Dingee of Sissonville, WV; 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Randy and Donald Pritt; sister, Roselea Rogers; granddaughter, Beth Anne Gibson; sister-in-law, Eva Pritt; nephew, Jimmy Dingee and a son-in-law, Sonny Rinehart.

Faye was employed for 38 years at Needlecraft in Elkhart prior to her retirement.

The family will receive friends 2 hours prior to the 12:00 noon funeral service on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home, 700 E. Jackson Blvd., Elkhart, IN 46516. Elder Chester Gibson Jr., will officiate. Interment will follow at Grace Lawn Cemetery in Middlebury, IN.

The family extends a special thank you to her best friend, Mona Mullins and Thelma “Sissy” Dorsey for all their love and care.
