Betty L. LeClercq

ELKHART-Betty L. LeClercq, 87, passed away October 26, 2020 at Elkhart General Hospital.  She was born February 7, 1933 in Charleston, WV to Mike & Bessie (Quesenberry) Petroff.

  On July 10, 1982 she married Charles A. LeClercq; he preceded her in death.  She was also preceded in death by her parents and 3 siblings.

  Surviving is 1 daughter, Diane (Wayne) Nusbaum, 1 grandson, Joe (Michelle) Reser and 1 step-grandson, Bill (Denise Haley) Nusbaum.  Also surviving is 2 great-grandsons, Cole Reser, Grant Reser, 1 step-great-granddaughter, Amanda Nusbaum, 1 step-great-great-grandson, Michael and 1 nephew, Tom (Sharon) Taylor.

  Betty worked for Uniroyal for over 30 years.  In her spare time she enjoyed traveling. 

  Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home.  Additional visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the 11 a.m. funeral service Friday, November 6, 2020 at the funeral home.

 Entombment will follow in Rice Cemetery in the Chapel of Memories. 

  Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
