BETTY L. HUNERYAGER

June 14, 1933 – January 26, 2023

ELKHART- Betty L. Huneryager, 89, of Elkhart, passed away Thursday January 26, 2023, at Greenleaf Health Campus. She was born June 14, 1933, in Elkhart, Indiana to Donald & Anna (Kwant) Fair.

On June 23, 1951, she married William A. Huneryager. He preceded her in death on April 24, 2011. Surviving are 3 daughters, Kathy (Bill) Kuehne of Elkhart, IN, Linda (Quinn) Robertson of Goshen, IN, Debra (Kent) Thomas of Syracuse, IN; 7 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter and her sister-in-law, Sue Fair of Chesterfield, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband William, a brother Chuck Fair and a brother-in-law, Larry Huneryager.

Betty was a member of Trinity On Jackson Church and she enjoyed playing cards, bingo, reading and being outside on warm days. She was an Administrative Assistant at the Elkhart Clinic for over 40 years.

Funeral services for Betty will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday January 30, 2023 at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home. Friends may visit with the family for 2 hours prior to the start of the service. Burial will follow in Rice Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
