BETTY J. HUFFMAN

JULY 13, 1927 – OCTOBER 11, 2022

Elkhart, IN- Betty J. Huffman, 95, of Elkhart, passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 in Granger. She

was born on July 13, 1927 in Elkhart to the late Charles and Leillah (Marshall) Martin in Elkhart.

On October 29, 1944, she married the late Frank J. Huffman.

Survivors include 5 children, Carol (Ron) Drake, Frank (Beth) Huffman, Steve (Wanelle) Huffman, Theron

Huffman and Cindy (Keith) Rupp; 11 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Dick, Vine and Vern

Martin and a sister, June Price.

Betty was employed at W. T. Armstrong for several years in the soldering department prior to her retirement.

Visitation will be held Monday, October 17, 2022 from 6-8 pm at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral 

Home, 700 E. Jackson Blvd., Elkhart, IN 46514 and 1 hour prior to the 1:00 pm funeral service on

Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home. Pastor Frank Huffman

will officiate. Burial will follow at Prairie Street Cemetery, Elkhart.

Memorial contributions may be made to Heart to Heart Hospice in memory of Betty.
