Victoria D. Mathias

Victoria D. Mathias, 62, of Elkhart, passed away Friday March 22, 2019 at the Center for Hospice Care in Elkhart. She was born December 17, 1956 in South Bend, Indiana to Wilson & Altie (Quinn) Mathis. Surviving are 2 children, Alicia (Henry Del Cid) Albarran, Standish (Alejandro) Tapia both of Elkhart; 4 grandchildren, Marissa Albarran, Ruben Albarran, Jr., Jacob Albarran, James Hardy; 1 great grandson, Darkiell Portillo and her mother, Altie Kern of Elkhart. She was preceded in death by her father, Wilson Mathis, a son, Kenneth Caldwell, Jr., a brother, Ricky Mathis and a sister, Diane Mathis. Victoria enjoyed riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles and was formerly employed as an Executive Housekeeper. In keeping with her wishes cremation will take place. A celebration of life service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday March 30, 2019 at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home. Friends may visit with the family for one hour prior to the service.
