ELKHART-Shirley Ann Deweese, 61, passed away February 8, 2018 at her home in Elkhart. She was born October 21, 1956 in Manchester, Tennessee to Grover Crosslin & Ruby (Caldwell) Batey. She married Robert Deweese and he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers. Surviving are 6 children; John Deweese, Jason Deweese, Ashley Deweese, Cheryl Deweese, Annette Deweese and Kellie Lacy. Also surviving are many grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, 1 sibling; Jim (Marriam) Crosslin and 1 aunt; Juanita (Bill) Tripp. In her spare time Shirley enjoyed playing games on her phone and spending time with her dog. She also attended New Vision of Life Church. Services will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be given to the family.
