RANDY LEE RAGSDALE December 24, 1954 - November 17, 2019 ELKHART- Randy Lee Ragsdale, 64, of Elkhart, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday November 17, 2019 at Elkhart General Hospital. He was born December 24, 1954 in Elkhart to Robert Earl & Morlyn (Wood) Ragsdale. He married Karen Wall on July 25, 1998 in Gatlinburg, TN. She survives along with 2 children, Matthew A. Ragsdale of Elkhart and Amy L. Taylor of Croom, FL. Also surviving is a brother, David (Yvonne) Ragsdale of Elkhart; numerous nieces and nephews and many great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, Robert & Donald Ragsdale. Randy worked as a cabinet maker for many years. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing and being outdoors. Randy also enjoyed working on antique cars especially his black 1950 Studebaker Champion. A celebration of life service for Randy will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday November 23, 2019 at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home. Garry Ferrell will preside and burial will follow at Oakridge Cemetery in Bristol. Friends may visit with the family for 2 hours prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Hospital for Children or to the Elkhart County Humane Society.
