Jacquelyn E. Ravenscroft December 22, 1932-June 25, 2019 Columbus, OH- Jacquelyn E. Ravenscroft, 86, passed away June 25, 2019 at Bickford of Scioto in Columbus, OH. She was born December 22, 1932 in Lagrange, IN to Harold & Marcile (Eshelman) Whybrew. On October 14, 1951 in Elkhart she married Donald Ravenscroft; he preceded her in death on March 14, 2008. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Sue McDonald. Surviving are 3 children, Gary Ravenscroft, Cinda (Alan) Coe, Kip (Lori) Ravenscroft, 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and a brother, Larry Whybrew. Visitation will be held Sunday, June 30, 2019 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin Monday, July 1, 2019 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Presiding will be Pastor Don Martin. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Jacquelyn was the first female flute tester at Selmer's where she worked for over 31 years until her retirement. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening, camping, crocheting and many other things. She was a member of the Elkhart Municipal Band as a flutist for over 30 years, a member of First Brethren Church of Elkhart, Church of the Living Word and even taught Sunday School.
