DUANE E. UPHAM May 2, 1979 - July 1, 2017 ELKHART- Duane E. Upham, 38, of Elkhart, passed away Saturday, July 1, 2017 from injuries sustained following a motorcycle accident. He was born May 2, 1979 in Elkhart to Robert P. and Connie M. (Ragsdale) Upham. In addition to his father, other survivors include his wife, Amy L. (Hoffman) Upham of Elkhart; son, Blake Upham of Elkhart; daughter, Taylor Upham of Elkhart; step-son, Ryan Vanek of Elkhart; two brothers, Robert Upham II of Kentucky and Kevin (Heather) Upham of Elkhart; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother. Duane was currently employed with Forest River Inc. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home, 700 E. Jackson Blvd., Elkhart. A celebration of life service will immediately follow at 2:00 PM. Pastor Michael Jenkins will officiate. Cremation will follow at Elkhart Cremation Services, 2100 W.
