Debbie A. Witt

Debbie A. Witt, 63, of Elkhart, passed away Wednesday November 27, 2019 at her home. She was born March 29, 1956 in Elkhart to the late William & Christine (Howell) Ergle. On January 6, 1995 in Elkhart she married Ronnie "Ron" Witt. He survives along with 2 daughters, Christy Tidd (Bob Conrad), Brittney (Shane) Herron; 3 granddaughters, Brookelyn Tidd, Rylee Herron and Piper Herron. Also surviving are 2 siblings, Brenda (Kenny) Bishop and Tim (Dawn) Ergle all of Elkhart. Debbie was formerly employed as a hostess at Bob Evans Restaurant in Elkhart. In the 70's she enjoyed playing tag on the CB radio. She also enjoyed baking, coloring, going out for coffee, collecting things and shopping. Debbie loved spending time volunteering at Pinewood & Osolo elementary schools with her children and volunteering at the Cornerstone Christian Montessori with her grandchildren. In keeping with her wishes cremation will take place and a celebration of life gathering will be held Saturday, December 7, 2019 at River Oaks Community Church, 58020 CR 115 Goshen, IN 46528 from 5-7 p.m. Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home is entrusted with her care.
