CONNIE K. SILER September 3, 1945 - July 17, 2017 ELKHART- Connie K. Siler, 71, of Elkhart, passed away Monday, July 17th at her residence. She was born September 3, 1945 in Connersille to William L. and Garnett A. (Leonard) Motts. On May 16, 1986 she married the love of her life, the late Richard Siler. He preceded her in death on July 31, 2006. Survivors include three daughters, Karen (Dana Trowbridge) Nevorski of Mishawaka, Jennifer Hager of Elkhart and Karen Lopez of Elkhart; one son, Craig Siler of Elkhart; 4 grandchildren, Cortney Roderick, Dylan Lopez, Davis Nevorski and Karenna Nevorski; nephew, Jeff Motts of Florida. Connie was employed as an operations administrator at Auto Driveaway for several years prior to her retirement. She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church and the Elkhart Moose Lodge 599. The family will receive friends 2 hours prior to the 12:00 noon celebration of life service on Thursday, July 20th at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home, 700 East Jackson Boulevard, Elkhart. Pastor John Hogsett will officiate. Interment will follow in Prairie Street Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Center for Hospice Care in memory of Connie.
