Claudette Emmons Obituary

ELKHART-Claudette Emmons, 77, passed away May 10, 2018 at Elkhart Hospice House. She was born November 9, 1940 in McCracken County, Kentucky to Claude & Mary (Skaggs) Lynch. She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers; David Lynch and Dale Lynch. Surviving are 3 children: Clayton (Vickie) Emmons, Cheryl (John) Ralston, Lauri (Adam) Mayer, III, 7 grandchildren: Jaylyn (Benjamin) Kroll, Carissa Emmons, Allison (Matthew) Uselton, Aaron (Melissa) Ralston, David (Arianna) Ralston, Adam (Elizabeth) Mayer, IV, Amy (Jason) Cooper, 3 great-grandchildren: Liam, Owen, Zoey and her companion of over 35 years: Armando Obregon. Also surviving are 2 sisters: Gloria Dolce and Evelyn (Keith) Messer. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the 11 a.m. celebration of life service Monday, May 14, 2018 at Creekside Church of the Brethren. Pastor Rosanna McFadden will preside and burial will be held privately at Rice Cemetery. Claudette was previously employed at Bayer (formally Miles Lab) for 18 years and New Energy for 14 years. She was a member of Creekside Church of the Brethren and in her spare time enjoyed baking cookies and crocheting.
