Della Kauffman Obituary

ELKHART-Della J. Kauffman, 85, passed away July 3, 2018 at Elkhart General Hospital. She was born August 19, 1932 in Elkhart to Clayton & Nina (Smith) Martin. On February 5, 1960 in Elkhart she married Stanley R. Kauffman; he preceded her in death on September 25, 2005. She was also preceded in death by her parents, and 3 siblings, Thomas Martin, Dora Morris and Joyce Strausborger. Surviving are 2 sons, James Kauffman, Jack Kauffman, 3 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and 1 sister, Helen Kauffman. Cremation will take place and burial will be held at a later date at Rice Cemetery. In lieu of flower please send memorial contributions to the American Heart Association.
